 Group Performance Training: Individualized Plans

We offer performance training in a group setting, but each athlete has his or her own individual plan. We understand that programs need to be tailored to the individual athlete so they are able to get the most out of their training experience. Training focuses on overall athletic performance based on an athlete's particular sport. Training may focus on everything from strength and condition to speed and agility performance training. Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What will my first training be like?

A. For most athletes, we start on the scale to learn their weight, muscle and body fat percentage; test vertical and broad jumps; and we do an assessment of how your body moves so we can tailor your program to meet your individual needs.

Q. What type of athletes train at Peak Performance?

A. We train athletes who participate in a variety of sports including soccer, softball, baseball, hockey, track and field, basketball, volleyball, field hockey, football, wrestling, LAX, etc.

Q. How old do you have to be to train at Peak Performance?

A. We typically train athletes who are ages 10 and older, but we have worked with younger athletes who are mature enough in their sport to take the training seriously. Take a look at our drop-in clinics.

Q. Does Peak Performance offer workout or exercise plans for adults?

A. Yes, we create training plans for adults. You can come with a group and train together, or workout on your own. Check out our adult fitness programs

Q. Does Peak Performance offer clinics?

A. Yes, we do! We hold several sport-specific and position-specific clinics throughout the year. For example, we hold a softball pitcher and softball catcher performance clinic. See the list of our current clinics.

Q. How many times per day can I workout at Peak Performance?

A. We limit our athletes to training once per day, unless otherwise agreed to based on the athlete's abilities. Our number one priority is keeping our athletes safe and healthy.
